Implementation of the Four Pillars of Personal Success depends on the needs of your organization. However, the high-level process is as follows:


  • Define Scope -  goals, objectives, desired outcomes, and high-level requirements, provide high-level timeline
  • Provide Statement of Work (SOW) - this document outlines the services, deliverables, timeline, and cost. The document is reviewed and approved by the organization.
  • Conduct Kick-Off Meeting - After approvals are received, this meeting will formally kick-off the initiative, get key stakeholders engaged, and establish the ongoing cadence for meetings, status reporting, and communications.
  • Execute the Plan - complete the tasks and deliverables as outined in the SOW, to the implementation solution(s).


The implementation cost is contingent upon the scope of the project. It's important to note that, aside from the financial investment, the successful implementation will necessitate a commitment of time from your team members.
