Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final unless a specific refund policy is stated for a particular product or service. If a program is canceled by TTI, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Coaching & Training Disclaimer

While our services aim to promote personal and professional transformation, TTI does not guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching, consulting, and training do not replace professional advice (legal, medical, psychological, or financial). You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

5. Accountability and Conduct

If you participate in a coaching program, workshop, or group session, you agree to:

Be respectful to others and to your coach/facilitator.
Keep shared information within the group confidential.
Show up to scheduled sessions on time and fully present.

TTI reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or service without refund if their behavior is disruptive or violates these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may link to third-party platforms or tools (e.g., payment processors, Zoom, or learning platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or policies of those third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Transformative Thinking International is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. You agree to use all resources at your own risk and discretion.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Transformative Thinking International (TTI), we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, training, and digital resources. Because many of our products are service-based, time-sensitive, or delivered digitally, our return and refund policies vary by product type.

Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.

1. Digital Products (Workbooks, Journals, E-books, Courses)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of these resources, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us at support@transformativethinkinginternational.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

2. Coaching Programs (1:1 or Group)

Coaching programs require a significant investment of time, preparation, and commitment. Therefore:

Discovery calls are offered to ensure alignment before committing to any program.
Payments for coaching packages are non-refundable once services have commenced.
If you have not yet begun your coaching sessions and wish to cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a partial refund (less a 15% administrative fee). NOTE: If you coaching session is scheduled to occur within 24 hours of cancellation, then will be NO refund issued.
Rescheduling or missed sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.

3. Workshops, Retreats & Live Events

Ticket purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with prior written notice.
If TTI must cancel or reschedule an event, attendees will be offered either a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled date.
Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

4. Subscription Services / Membership Programs

If you are enrolled in a subscription or monthly membership:

You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will remain available through the end of your billing cycle.
Refunds are not provided for unused time or partially completed months.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if applicable based on the terms above), please email support@transformativethinkinginternational.com with the following:

Full name
Purchase date and method
Reason for refund request
Supporting documentation (if needed)

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
